Refund Policy:

1. biru Hong Kong Ltd does not accept refund or return after we shipped our products, however we will send you replacement for free if the products arrived damaged or having quality issues. 

2. If an item is out of stock after your purchase, our staff will inform you and recommend a similar product or offer you a partial refund for that particular item.

3. biru Hong Kong Ltd reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions.
