Delivery Terms & Conditions:

1. biru Hong Kong Ltd offers FREE deliveries for purchases over HK$480 or more after any discount. Otherwise, there will be a delivery charge of HKD$70. For order over HK$200 after any discount, we can offer pick up in our Chai Wan office. 

2. We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using this site, you represent that you are aged 18 or above.

3. biru Hong Kong Ltd outsources deliveries to external contractors. Deliveries normally will be arrived within 2 business days after your order is received and processed. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed until next business day. For example, if you ordered at 5pm on Friday, you will receive the delivery by next Wednesday max. 

4. biru Hong Kong Ltd can only provide deliveries within Hong Kong.

5. biru Hong Kong Ltd delivers to most locations except for some remote areas and outlying islands. You can refer to the list here. Please contact us for more details if you are unsure your area falls within our delivery districts and surcharge might apply.

6. biru Hong Kong can't guarantee a specific delivery arrival time, we will delivery within 10:00 to 18:00. Please let us know your available time beforehand if you can't receive the delivery within that time frame.

7. biru Hong Kong Ltd is not liable for any damages made by the delivery process, to any person or to any properties or possessions. 

8. biru Hong Kong Ltd does not accept refund or return after we shipped our products, however we will send you replacement for free if the products arrived damaged or having quality issues. 

9. If an item is out of stock after your purchase, our staff will inform you and recommend a similar product or offer you a partial refund for that particular item.

10. biru Hong Kong Ltd reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions.
