Ginjo is a series of beer with the goodness from both Ginjo Sake and beer.
Third beer in the Ginjo series, fermented with local sake yeast "EK-3". Compared to "EK-7" it has a floral, pleasant melon-like sweet scent. Hint of fruitiness also. It has more "Amazake" characters compared to EK-7.
