Ginjo is a series of beer with the goodness from both Ginjo Sake and beer.
This beer was born with the help of Ehime Prefecture local laboratory, using local sake yeast "EK-7". 10 times more time is needed to ferment compared to normal beers. Slight sweet and complicated flavors from sake yeast. Hint of malt flavor and hop's bitterness with a dry aftertaste. A beer that breaks the limit of beer.
