1x Ginjo Series EK-3 - This beer was born with the help of Ehime Prefecture local laboratory, using local sake yeast "EK-3". 10 times more time is needed to ferment compared to normal beers. It has a floral, pleasant melon-like sweet scent. Hint of fruitiness also. It has more "Amazake" characters compared to EK-7.
1x Ginjo Series EK-7 - Another beer in the Ginjo series, fermented with local sake yeast "EK-7". Slight sweet and complicated flavors from sake yeast. Hint of malt flavor and hop's bitterness with a dry aftertaste. A beer that breaks the limit of beer.
